The attack against Pearl Harbor caused fear into american people. Causing Roosevelt to take action, and think about Japanese people living in the United states. 120,000 Japanese people living in the United states were removed from there homes and put into internment camps. Many of the people taken to these camps were american citizens. The United States claimed that taking such actions were because we did not want to have spies for the Japanese. After all of this Only about ten Japanese were actually convicted of being spies.
